Dairy Essentials in a technical guideline for dairy farmers that is the result of cooperation and research of Babcock Institute for International Dairy Research and Development, University of Wisconsin-Madison, USA. The work gives all necessary knowledge about milk production process: animals’ physiology, nutrition and feeding, reproduction and genetic selection, lactation and milking and raising dairy heifers. Moreover, Dairy Essentials is available in Uzbek language for free reading for the first time. Furthermore, Russian and English versions are also available for free online reading.
